Rubber Seismic Isolators LGM Sdn. Bhd. (“RSI”) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act on 14 August 2007. RSI is a joint venture company between Plant Offshore Group Limited (“POGL”), a company listed on the Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”) of the London Stock Exchange and EK Polymers Sdn Bhd (“EKP”), a subsidiary company of the Malaysian Rubber Board ("MRB"), which is a body established and funded by the Malaysian Government.

RSI holds worldwide marketing and sale rights for products using the Rubber Seismic Isolation Technology (“RSIT”) of MRB's RSIT and is principally involved in marketing and sales of various rubber-based products for purposes of minimizing impacts of earthquake waves.
